What are the stats on that? (Due 11/12/10)

On your blog, let's investigate probabilities...find statistics on six different topics (i.e. what is the probability that a person will diagnosed with diabetes in their lifetime? or what are the chances that Earth will be struck by an asteroid in our lifetime?). I want you to brainstorm...be creative...ask yourself "what about this?" or "what if?". Once you have come up with six different questions, investigate! Find the answers anywhere you would like.
