On your blog, let's investigate probabilities...find statistics on six different topics (i.e. what is the probability that a person will diagnosed with diabetes in their lifetime? or what are the chances that Earth will be struck by an asteroid in our lifetime?). I want you to brainstorm...be creative...ask yourself "what about this?" or "what if?". Once you have come up with six different questions, investigate! Find the answers anywhere you would like.

Statistics are very important to every aspect of life. As I look around, questions such as these come to the front of my mind.
